Lymphatic Drainage
Full body service opening lymph channels and breaking down swollen or blocked lymph nodes, which relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels to promote the healthy circulation of your lymphatic and endocrine system.

This therapy positively affects the endocrine, digestive and reproductive systems as well.

With the application of passive and assisted Stretch Massage, we can lengthen the fascia increasing circulation to and through it. The release of the fascia's tight grip on muscular, skeletal and vascular structures creates an increase in the client's range of motion as well as a decrease in discomfort or pain.

Aromatherapy

This includes the use of essential oils in a diffuser as well as mixed with the massage oil to enhance the healing and relaxation effects of the massage. We offer blends to aid in relaxation/stress relief, sinus relief and muscle tension.

Helps reduce stress, tension and loosen sore muscles. Also helps alleviate pain.
Ice Roller

The ice roller is good for removing inflammation, tension and pain in the muscles. This service positively 'shocks' the nervous system which can reset muscle memory and ease muscle tension.

Fire and Ice

This hot-cold therapy is an enhancement to a full body massage, where hot stones are used to warm the muscles and ease tension by opening the blood vessels and flushing the muscles with fresh blood and oxygen. The hot stones are followed up by the ice roller which pulls out the inflammation and holds the muscle in that relaxed position by closing the blood vessels.
